Does anyone know where to buy whole kippers (smoked kipper) in the San Francisco bay area?

They are either Canadian or Scottish kippers. They are in a clear cellophane package, not in a tin and usually two to a package. I used to buy at Safeway but they dont have them. It can be anywhere in the Bay Area.
