I live an active lifestyle. I run and work out often, and over the summer I run 6 miles a day on average. I eat healthy for the most part and drink tons of water and juices. I avoid pop and most candies. I have taken fat pills like "Oxyelite" and others. I STILL have fat on my stomach and lower back, but NO WHERE ELSE. why? is it fat or water weight? and how do I lose this nuisance? Please give me useful answers or pills i could take to help
