THIS IS URGENT!! please help me!!?

I left my facebook open and my mom went through ALL my messages and inside of those messages r me talking behind people's backs, cursing (which is really bad to my mom), talking about having s*x, inappropriate sexual things(with friends joking aroun), and about stealing candy from a girl.
