Who makes a milk chocolate candy bar with mocha and toffee?

I found a milk chocolate candy bar a few years back that had toffee and mocha chunks in it. It was made up of large square pieces and I think came in gold foil. Does anyone have any clue who makes this? I can't find it anywhere!
