THIS IS URGENT!! please please help!!?

I left my facebook open and my mom went through ALL my messages and inside of those messages r me talking behind people's backs, cursing (which is really bad to my mom), talking about having s*x, inappropriate sexual things(with friends joking aroun), and about stealing candy from a girl. My mom said she isnt mad at me, she said she was disappointed in me and that she doesnt trust me; how can i gain her trust back? please help!
