My friend just got over a player, and now he wants her back?

so theres this guy in my grade thats a d-bag, used to have a thing with my friend. they did stuff. she thinks shes in love with him. but he just played her and said the same **** to other girls, and she cried, could never get over him. now she finally is, and shes not replying to his texts. he wants her bak soooo bad hes begging me. he apologized to her and said "he'd never do it again" but he just wants to be friends now. he wants her to talk to him so bad and apparently realized what he's lost, but she doesnt wanna go back and get hurt again,. but still loves him
