Navel piercing question pls help ?

Hi:) I've had my navel pierced for almost 2 months and yesterday my piercer changed my belly ring for me. She told me it was healing correctly and will be a little tender for a few months, after she changed it to my gold ring it started bleeding a very little bit and Im wondering I'd it's normal. I clean it with contact solution just like she said. Im used to the regular silver studs they pierce you with, could it just be tender/ irritated since I'm wearing a gold stud?
